What
is Visualization?
Visualization is to see, to envision,
to create by seeing . Do you ever notice how pessimistic
and self-critical human beings can be? We tend to point
out our faults a lot easier than our attributes. If someone
complements us, we may think they are being hypocritical
or "they must want something from me." Therefore, the
negatives seem automatic responses and the positives
are left to a second place.
Many individuals who have
been in difficult situations such as being robbed, involved
in a car accident, lost for hours, "dumped by their mate," unable
to loose weight, constantly physically ill; etc. live
in a constant fear. Some of them may have said to themselves: "I
just knew this would happen to me." "I saw it coming." "This
is the theme of my life." "There is no way I can change
this." What
this translates to is precisely what their core believe
is. It could have been something that they learned from
their parents: "I am a victim and cannot defend myself." "I
am hopeless." "I am not worthy." "I don't deserve any better." " I
can't do it." These messages have become so engrained into
their selves that they are now living by that philosophy.
The worse part of this is that it is not fully conscious.
Those same individuals may argue, "How can I want the worse
for me?" "Of course I deserve better!" but the truth is
that they are dragging these issues throughout their lives
and it becomes too painful to face it, or they are too
angry and busy blaming everything and everyone else, yet
don't realize that they have the power and control to change
their lives by visualizing it differently.
Aileen Nealie
wants to help you place the positives first; believe in
yourself and connect with your personal power to become
all that you are capable of. The power of visualization
is transmitted and taught through guided imagery. They
go hand in hand. This is what makes Aileen's work completely
unique. This tool can change your life forever.
